Everything you need
to work out where you stand
Unlimited courses, always free
Add as many courses as your term holds. There is no class limit, and there never will be. We do not charge you to work out a grade you have already earned.
Your school, not ours
Eleven grading scales are built in, including a 4.0 with plus and minus, a 10 point CGPA, UK degree classification and GCSE 9 to 1. Build your own if none of them fit.
Show the maths
Open any GPA and see the whole calculation: every quality point, every credit hour, the single division, and the rounding rule that produced the last digit.
Weighted and unweighted
Both figures, always, one tap apart. Set your own Honours, AP and IB bumps, because schools differ. Turn credit hours off if your school simply averages courses.
A cumulative record that builds itself
Save a term and your cumulative GPA updates. Credits attempted and credits earned are tracked apart, and a trajectory chart shows where you are heading.
Plan the term before it happens
Set a target GPA and see what this term needs. Or work out the exact score the final must earn, using category weights or points.

Five of the eleven scales that ship with the app. Setup asks which one your school uses before it shows you a number, so your first result is right for your school. Every scale is free, including one you build yourself row by row.
Every screen, at a glance
The calculator you land on, the working behind the figure, your saved terms, and the planner that tells you the truth about a target.
See where you are heading
Save a term and Simply GPA keeps the whole record: semesters, quarters or trimesters in the right order, and credits attempted and credits earned tracked apart. A trajectory chart plots every term you have saved. Already part way through? Enter your prior credits and GPA on one screen instead of retyping four years of courses.

Your grades. Your device.
We cannot see your grades. They stay on this device unless you switch on iCloud sync. Turn that on and they go to your own private iCloud, which we cannot read either. Purchases are handled by the App Store and RevenueCat. Nothing else leaves the device.
The answer, even when it is no
Set a target GPA and Simply GPA works out what this term needs. If the target cannot be reached, it says so. Then it shows you the highest figure you can actually reach, and how many terms the target would take. A planner that only ever agrees with you is not planning.
